Karen Marshall
Karen has worked in the shopping centre industry for over 25 years, most recently with Comer Group Ireland with responsibility for Ards and Bow Street Mall shopping centres. Karen has held a position on the executive committee of NIRSC for over 15 years including the role of Chairperson.
Bobby Nicholson
Since 2011 to date, I an the Centre Manager at Richmond Shopping Centre in the heart of Derry/Londonderry. From 2005 to 2011, I was the Centre Manager of the Odyssey Pavilion and from 2001 to 2005, I was the Building Manager at CastleCourt Shopping Centre. Former Chairperson of the NIRSC

Formally the Chair of the Northern Ireland Regional Shopping Centres, established Centre Director who has ran The Boulevard from 2010.
Michelle Greeves
I have been centre manager VS for over 10 years, although have worked in VS since it opened in 2008 in HOF. Previously 23 years of retail experience at House of Fraser, in England and NI.
Valerie McLernon
Newly appointed Centre Manager of Fairhill. Extensive background in Retail Management and Shopping Centre Management. Previously Centre Manager of Cityside Retail and Leisure Park Belfast for 5 years and worked as the Retail Operations Manager at The Junction Outlet Centre Antrim for over 11 years. Executive Committee member of the NIRSC and Board Member of the Ballymena Bid.
Leona Barr
Been in Shopping centre management since 2008, Current centre manager of CastleCourt Shopping Centre, Belfast since 2019. Former Centre Manager (of 12yrs) of The Junction Antrim. Current Honorary secretary of Shopping Centres NI, Former Vice-Chair and Chair of the association. Current council advisor on Belfast Chamber and board member of Belfast One BID.
Chris Flynn

Hi, I’m Chris Flynn, Centre Director at The Junction Retal & Leisure Park in Antrim. I have been at the scheme, owned by Lotus Property, since November 2019. Over the past few years, The Junction has undergone a massive transformation, with the addition of a new flagship 110,000 sq ft Dobbies’ Garden Centre in October 2023. We have an impressive line-up of retailers including Nike, Asics, Menary’s and Animal. We are also home to a 10 screen Omniplex Cinema, and twelve F&B operators, including Nando’s, Starbucks and McDonald’s.

I am treasurer at Antrim Chamber and a volunteer trustee for the leading Belfast, inclusive & accessible arts venue, The Black Box. I am very passionate about supporting the arts, with The Junction having hosted many singers, street artists and even a drive-in pantomime over recent years. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, and have also recently joined a running club, with a 5k race around Belfast Zoo my proudest achievement to date.

Peter is Centre Manager at the LSH managed scheme located in Newry city centre, a role he has held since the centre opened in 1988.
